11/03/2010 The most famous of the Peak District Hills and the first prominent peak on the Pennine way north from its start in Edale. Parked at Upper Booth and followed the Pennine Way up the "Jacobs Ladder" path to the trig point near "Kinder Low". From there struck out northeast about one kilometer to the high point of KinderScout. Hard going on the snow. Returned same route. 3hrs 12 mins. Dave & Jane O.
