28/03/2010 Starting from the car park near Glen Dye took track through Millers Bog and up through the heather to the top of Mount Shade. Returned down hill race route descent towards Clachnaben as far as the low point and then ran south-east down the valley (picture left) to return once again through Millers Bog. Jane O.
